Tearfund Bangladesh Programme has an exciting opportunity for a Design, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (DMEAL) Coordinator.

As a key member of the Bangladesh Country Team, the DMEAL Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness, impact, and accountability of Tearfund's projects. This role provides technical support, strengthens partner capacity, and enhances learning and knowledge management.

The DMEAL Coordinator will lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting. The role will also oversee the implementation of Tearfund's Beneficiary Accountability commitments and contribute to competitive institutional funding proposals.

Do you have proven experience in:

  • Developing and implementing robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks.Leading quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Providing technical support to program teams and local partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with global M&E standards (e.g., SPHERE, CHS, Red Cross Codes).
  • Strengthening partner capacity in project cycle management and reporting.
  • Managing M&E systems, including digital tracking and reporting.
  • Designing and facilitating training for diverse stakeholders.

Are you:

  • A skilled communicator who can present complex data in an accessible way?
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills?
  • A team player with excellent facilitation and mentoring abilities?
  • Experienced in working cross-culturally and with diverse stakeholders?
  • Fluent in English (Bangla proficiency is an advantage)?
