Our Global Influencing and Programme Group (GIPG) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Business Partner (SFBP) to lead our Asia Finance team. This critical role will provide strategic financial guidance and support to our Asia Regional Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Oversee the Asia Finance team, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
• Business Partnering: Establish strong relationships with Asia Regional leaders, offering expert financial advice and support.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Financial Management: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Team Development: Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with substantial post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in financial management, business partnering, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
