We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. This role will be pivotal in shaping our talent acquisition and development strategies on a global scale, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy in partnership with HR and global leaders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the People Team and key stakeholders to refresh and implement Tearfund's talent development strategy to meet organisational needs globally.
- Communication & Engagement: Effectively communicate and engage with leaders, people managers, and staff on key talent initiatives, collaborating with the Internal Communications & Engagement Team.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Establish metrics to monitor the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in talent management, with a focus on both acquisition and development in a global context.
- Strong understanding of talent development strategies and best practices.
- Expertise in managing TA search channels and methods.
- Strong track record in delivering large-scale talent programs and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess talent acquisition metrics and make informed decisions.

This role can be based in any Country where Tearfund is registered and can legally employ staff. Salary will be based on location. If you have questions regarding our locations or country specific salaries please email recruitment@tearfund.org
